  1. Types of HMS TRADE Gift Cards

Spark Card – ₹ 100

Silver Card – ₹ 500

Gold Card – ₹ 1,000

Platinum Card – ₹ 2,000

Signature Card – ₹ 5,000

  1. Nature of Gift Cards

HMS TRADE Gift Cards are digital, platform-issued promotional instruments. They are not cash, not transferable,

and cannot be exchanged for money, wallet balance, or bank credit.

  1. Purchase & Delivery

Gift Cards are delivered digitally via email to the recipient specified at the time of purchase. Once delivered, gift

cards cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by law.

  1. Redemption of Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be redeemed partially on eligible products only. Gift Cards cannot be used to pay taxes, shipping

fees, or statutory charges.

  1. Vendor Neutrality

All HMS TRADE Gift Cards are platform-funded. Vendors receive the full product price and are not impacted by gift

card redemptions.

  1. Validity & Expiry

All Gift Cards are valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance. Any unused balance will lapse automatically

after expiry.

  1. Restrictions & Limitations

Gift Cards cannot be combined with coupons or reward points, cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, and

cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

If an order paid using a gift card is refunded, the value may be returned to the same gift card subject to validity. Gift

cards themselves are non-refundable once delivered.

  1. Abuse, Fraud & Misuse

HMS TRADE reserves the right to suspend or cancel gift cards in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of platform

policies.

  1. Modification & Termination

HMS TRADE may modify or discontinue the gift card program at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of

revised terms.

  1. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts

where HMS TRADE is registered.
