I need to return an item. How do I arrange a pick-up?
To initiate a return:

Wherever possible, return pick-up will be arranged through our logistics partners.
If pick-up is not available, you may be requested to self-ship the product as per instructions.

I did not receive my order but received a delivery confirmation message. What should I do?
If you have not received your order but received a delivery confirmation via email or SMS, please report the issue within 7 days from the delivery confirmation date.
The seller and courier partner will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
What do different product availability statuses mean?
In Stock
The product is available with the seller and will be shipped within the delivery timeline shown on the product page based on your pincode.
Available
The product is not immediately available but can be procured once an order is placed. Delivery timelines depend on procurement and shipping time.
Pre-Order / Upcoming
The product is expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked. Shipping will begin on or after the official release date mentioned on the product page.
Out of Stock
The product is currently unavailable for purchase. You may use the “Notify Me” option to receive updates when it becomes available.
Imported
The product is sourced from outside India and may take 10 days or more for delivery, depending on customs clearance and logistics.
Back in Stock Soon
The product is temporarily sold out but expected to be restocked. You may place a booking or use the “Notify Me” feature.
Temporarily Unavailable
The product is currently unavailable but may be restocked in the future.
Permanently Discontinued
The product is no longer available as it has been discontinued by the manufacturer or seller.
Does HMS TRADE deliver internationally?
Currently, HMS TRADE delivers orders only within India.
You may place orders from outside India using supported payment methods, but the delivery address must be within India.
