HMS TRADE Rewards & Points – Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Reward Points
Reward Points are promotional loyalty benefits issued by HMS TRADE (“Platform”). They are not
cash, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money, wallet balance, or bank credit.
2. Earning Reward Points
Reward Points are earned on eligible product purchases made on HMS TRADE, excluding taxes,
shipping charges, and add-ons unless otherwise stated. Points are credited only after the order
status is marked as “Completed”.
3. Reward Point Value
The standard conversion rate is:
100 Reward Points = ₹ 1
Reward Points are a future promotional benefit and cannot be redeemed on the same order in
which they are earned.
4. Redemption Rules
Reward Points can be redeemed partially on eligible future orders, subject to the following
conditions:
• Maximum redemption per order is limited to 10% of the order value
• Reward Points cannot be used to pay taxes, shipping fees, or statutory charges
5. Vendor Neutrality
All Reward Points issued by HMS TRADE are fully platform-funded. Sellers and vendors receive
the full product price and are not responsible for any Reward Point discounts redeemed by
customers.
6. Expiry of Reward Points
Reward Points expire 6 months from the date of credit. Expired points automatically lapse and
cannot be reinstated or exchanged for value.
7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
If an order is cancelled or refunded, any Reward Points earned on that order will be reversed. HMS
TRADE reserves the right to adjust point balances in such cases.
8. Abuse, Fraud & Misuse
HMS TRADE reserves the right to suspend or terminate Reward Points in cases of suspected
abuse, fraud, multiple account creation, or violation of platform policies.
9. Modification & Termination
HMS TRADE may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Reward Points program at any time at its
sole discretion. Continued use of Reward Points constitutes acceptance of such changes.
10. Governing Law
These Reward Points Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of India.
