First, log in to your HMS Trade account and check your order status under My Orders. If the delivery date has passed or tracking hasn’t updated, please contact our support team with your Order ID so we can assist you.

What if my package is held by customs or a courier partner?

If your order is delayed due to customs or courier verification, additional time may be required for clearance. In some cases, you may be contacted directly for documentation. HMS Trade will assist you where possible, but delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery timelines vary depending on the seller, location, and courier service. Estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout and in your order details. While most orders arrive on time, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept COD (cash on delivery) and also secure online payment methods including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other supported digital payment options shown at checkout.

 All payments on HMS Trade are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, the amount (if debited) is usually reversed automatically by your bank within a few working days. You may try placing the order again or contact your bank for more details.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Cancellation requests may be possible only before the order is processed by the seller. Please contact support immediately if you need assistance.

Why was my order declined even after payment?

In rare cases, orders may be declined due to payment verification issues, stock availability, or security checks. If this happens, any charged amount will be refunded as per payment gateway timelines.

What is your return policy?

HMS Trade offers a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. Return requests must be raised within this period and are subject to product condition, verification, and seller approval. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless damaged.

How do refunds work after a return is approved?

Once your return is approved and verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method as per standard payment gateway timelines. You will be notified once the refund is initiated.
